My DM and I found a bug which allows any race to utilize feats meant only for specific races such as Svirfneblin Magic and Elvin Accuracy. The exploit is created when you change the race of your character in the character creator, then choose the racial feat, then switch back to your desired race. The racial feat will remain on your character and the features of the feat will be available to use on the character sheet. My DM and I both tested it out on multiple racial feats and it seems to do this for all of them. I don't know if this is an oversight or if there is some specific reason why this is the case, but this has been exploited by a player to gain access to features he should not have.
The feat isn't supposed to be removed when you change race, but you are supposed to stop using it. It is all covered in the feat rules:
You must meet any prerequisite specified in a feat to take that feat. If you ever lose a feat’s prerequisite, you can’t use that feat until you regain the prerequisite.
Speaking of feats, i know this is an old thread, but im writing a feat for people with tails and i dont know how to make it available to multiple races and i was wondering if anyone knew how to help

You add the prerequisite text but nothing else. There's nothing to mechanically enforce due to the limitations of ddb homebrew, but the text should be enough to say to your players "See the prerequisite text?"
