As the title says, I can't access any of these items on my characters despite owning them. I am able to access those adventures, and can view the items on the site, but cannot find them through the equipment on a character.
Have you checked the "magical" box in the Add Item section on the character sheet when looking?
If you have a Master Tier sub and have turned on content sharing in a campaign, try turning it off and back on. If not and you are in a campaign where sharing is turned on, ask the person who turned it on to try it. I know that sounds odd when you own the content, but it may be that your permissions (?) need to be resynced, and I've seen some reports that toggling content sharing seems to help in those situations. If not, and if that is the issue, a staff person will have to resync for you.
I can look at both of those pages with no problem. I tried turning on/off on the campaign I'm sharing on and it didn't help. Still need to ask my friend to redo the campaign I'm in though.
And it's all of my characters, not a specific one. I own all the material I'm trying to access but none of my characters can see or add those items to their sheets.

You can also post a link to the character that is having a problem and name which item you are having issues with and a mod can check on that.

D&D Beyond FoundersI just had a look and can duplicate the issue - that's super weird.
Please submit a support ticket, including the link to this thread and the character.
The support team are amazing and will be able to get someone to resolve this for you.
