@Stonecypher soon as they say, they are there we've seen tons of new pictures of it already. but they didn't say when exactly. but as they said, it should be soon. basically the next major update should be the new sheet revamp.

Not everything was addressed in the new sheet, I know it's on the list that staff have to get in there. Changing the character sheet (and adding the ability to add stuff directly from the sheet, like feats outside of progression, etc.) is the first step that will allow them to tackle this problem.
The new character sheet automagically imports spells from items and lists the source. You can now create a homebrew magic item, call it "Book of Secrets", and add all of you ritual spells to the book.
I think the spell list will treat these spells as regular, slotted, spells, though, so you and your DM will have to make sure you only cast them as rituals.
The problem as been addressed because you can now create your own magic items or piece of equipment and thus you can create your own ritual book.

So I've got an Arcana Domain cleric I'm adding a Wizard ritual book for - a homebrew magic item as many have suggested. The issue I'm having is the sidebar on the new character sheet doesn't show spells with the tool tips attached to the text, like it does if you go to the item's details page (blue italics with a popup when you hover, click to go to the spell page).
Another issue is, for some odd reason, even after the spells were listed in the exact order they would on a spell sheet (alphabetically and by level) they appeared out of order; for example, Skywrite showed up at the end of the list instead of near the other 2nd level rituals. It's still there, but that really kills my neat order to the item. Any idea how to fix this?
Well, it's a solution, but it's certainly not an optimal solution. I, too, am eagerly waiting a better fix, but in the meantime, the homebrew magic item fix is a working hack/workaround for it. By this I mean: no, I don't expect Curse to be satisfied with it as a solution, but while they work in a better solution, we can make do. (As opposed to other bugs/omissions, which have no working hacks to fix.)
Fond this post doing a google search, I added Ritual Caster to my character but can't add the spells, I also indicated this on the Revamp Thread. Would love to see this soon.
I made a homebrew magic item. A book that lets me cast all the ritual spells in my druids book and now they are on my list. I just edit the magic item as I learn new spells.
I feel like some of you don't grasp the ruling quite right though... Druids and Clerics aren't meant to be casting all of their spells as rituals. they can only cast those they have prepared as rituals. as mentionned in the very ritual casting description.
heres the druid for exemple in its spellcasting ability.
By comparision, heres the ritual casting of the wizard which specify that he can as long as its in its book !
the wizard has all the necessary stuff to do this in his spellbook.
heres his manage spell list with all the spells i have learned on my lvl20 wizard.
and heres his ritual tab where they all shows up... mind you if you have your druid or cleric spells prepared they will also appear in that tab !
now don't be mistaken, this is entirely normal, clerics and druids do not have the same ritual casting as the wizard, because wizards have everything working differently. Druids and Clerics are working as intended on the site. they strickly follow the ruling... heres my ritual tab as a level 1 druid with all 4 ritual spell prepared.
now as for the feat, as mentionned an item would do it. but again, i don't understand how hard it is to do such a thing, if the wizard already has all the necessary stuff working.
but until they fix it, both warlock and feat user will have to create an item. creating an homebrew item isn't hard either, no need to publish it either.
To note, i haven't made this post to diss anyone, just saying that reading this place, i feel like many of you haven't read correctly the ruling on ritual casting ability. a thing even i did a few months back. until i realised that both druid and cleric needs the spells prepared to appear and be casted as rituals.

The confusion most people have has nothing to do with prepared spells. It is simply that fact that you seemingly have no baked in way to add spells to your character that you can get through other means than level progression. Creating an item is a stop-gap, but the greater issue is letting the devs know what we want.

The wizard already has the ability to add spells to his spellbook. if you look at the images i posted, i actually added every single spells from the wizard spell list. no the confusion seems to stem from only the warlock invocation and the feat which this thread is all about. from what i see, people confuses the classes abilities. Some think the cleric and druids plays wrong because they think they can ritually cast even if they dont have the spell prepared, but then wonders why both classes do not have a ritual section like the wizard or bard. but reality is, from the very rules in the PHB. both classes cannot cast ritual spells if they dont have them prepared first.
The site is working as intended for both those classes.
bards works like wizards and do not need to have the said rituals prepared to cast them. and thus that class works as intended.
now i'll give you right only if you are talking about the feat Ritual Caster and the invocation of the warlock who gives it ritual casting too. those two do not work as intended. and for now creating an item is the only solution.
in fact when it comes to both those things... an item is what we should have to begin with. since both feat and invocation specify that you create a ritual book. so by default both feat and invocation should give you an item in your inventory that allows you to add more spells as you get them. if it was me and i would follow the rules, i wouldn't just allow the spells to be added without a way to not lose them. from the get go, both invocation and feat says we gain a ritual book. a physical book something the player can lose. and thus i would create such an item and allow the players to add to it.
that's how i would do it.
but again, my point is.... by default, only the wizard is supposed to be able to add more spells to his own book. and that is working as intended. feat and invocation do need some fixing.

Great, the Wizard works, but no one even mention wizard, every poster commented about the Feat except one, who mentioned the Warlock version. Time for me try and figure out a magic Item that has spells since that is our option. Not sure how that will even work.
Many people talked about other classes. mainly the guy just after you posted who talked about the druid. my post with the pictures was mainly for him.
its simple, you create a magic item that you should call ritual book. or book of ritual or whatever you want it to be called. then once the item is created, there is a section that let you add spells to it. its as simple as that.
as for what you think is the only thread in existence... there is like 5 threads like this one, all talking about the warlock invocations, feats and other classes like the druid and cleric. this thread is the most popular one as the feat is what most people want more.
as for my post i changed it, cause the word not shouldn't be in that sentence. i meant that wizard works fine, but feat and warlock aren't. which is odd to say the least considering that the feature is already in this, shouldn't be hard to give the same feature with an on/off check to see if the feat or the invocation is there.

Keeping this thread alive because I'm still having this problem.
Bump, the new sheet is out, I don't believe this has been fixed yet???
Still no way to add rituals to spell list from Book of Secrets.

Creating a magic item is not a solution.
When do you guys predict a fix on this?
