When looking up the rules page for the SCAG I noticed the list of races under "Races of the Realms" split them in half to make 2 columns, but it had to cut "Dragonborn" in half to do it, so the top half of the word is at the bottom of the first column, and the bottom half is at the top of the 2nd.

Yeah, this is a Safari issue. It displays properly on Chrome, for example.
Also an issue with the navigate back button in Safari.
