I researched a few dozen posts, I cannot get my first two level 6 magic secrets to not count towards spells known: "At 6th level, you learn two spells of your choice from any class. A spell you choose must be a level you can cast, as shown on the bard table, or a cantrip. The chosen spells count as a bard spells for you but don't count against the number of bard spells you know".
From my player manual. Most older threads are reading the bard level 10 magic secrets to say they DO count against your cap, however for lore bards the first two spells from level 6 DO NOT.
Because they don't count against the spells known, you add them in the builder, not in the manage spells section. On your character sheet, click on the arrow next to you character's name and choose edit character (or click on the anvil icon on the far right). Choose the Class tab. Scroll down to the "additional magical secrets" section; there is likely a blue ! by it, indicating that you have choices to make there.

I ended up having it done that way but i think im confusing old paper sheets and added too many spells =)
