Hi, every time I get a credit and try to change my username, it doesn't work. How can I fix this? I tried updating my using my credit, but it took the credit and didn't change the name.

Hello! I really need to change my name because this username is not one I associate myself with any longer. My current username is SilentBeauty1106 and I would like to have it changed to BookcasePrincess OR TheBookcasePrincess if that is possible. The new user matches all of my other usernames and online identities. This is the only one not synced up. Thank you so much in advance.
