Shouldn't the content I purchased appear in My Content? Getting to the PHB, DMG, and MM requires too many clicks and all content for them doesn't seem to be unlocked in the listings.
For instance - I'm not able to choose the Urchin background. When I access backgrounds through the character listing and click on URCHIN - I get a note that I can purchase the PHB or purchase the background alone. But I have purchased the PHB. The background isn't unlocked for use though so cannot be added to a character.

What did you purchased exactly? The compendium only option or the whole books?

That is what I thought - but some items have not been unlocked for use even though I do have access to the PHB, DMG, and MM.
Check your purchase, because for any book there are two options of purchase:
1) the whole book (Compendium + Toolset)
2) Compendium only book (without toolset)
Check which one you have done.
Nowhere in the Marketplace does it say "Compendium + Toolset." How do you purchase the toolset?
