I am running two campaigns and when i was helping with my first campaign everyone had the options from the PHB, without have the PHB in their digital Library, but i had it. And when i made my second campaign, everyone didn't have the option my other campaign has. (There both active now). I would like help to understand if only one campaign at a time can have the options from the PHB if i am the only one to have the PHB in their digital library. Or if there is something i need to do for my other campaign to have them get their the other options
To confirm; are you the Dungeon Master? If so, have you enabled 'Content Sharing'?

i am the DM and where do you enable "Content sharing"
Someone in the campaign must have a master tier subscription to DDB, and they can enable it. Once it is enabled, every book that every player in that campaign has purchased will be useable by everyone.

Another potentially silly question I forgot to ask - are you a Master Subscriber? Only one player (or the DM) needs to be one
