I have the free content use of the beyond software. But my DM has the Master Subscription. He enabled content sharing in the campaign, but I can't access all the information. I can access only content that I have free access to for the character builder. I am trying to create a cleric but only have access to the life domain. I can't access spells from the other source books that the content sharing says I have access to.  Any idea what is going on or that I may be doing wrong? I created the character from within that campaign.

Try logging out and back in again and see if that helps.

I logged out and back in. No luck. Still only have access to only life domain.

Try having the DM turn content sharing off and back on again. If that doesn’t work, they might need to resynchronize their entitlements on the “my account”—>”Marketplace” page. If that’s all in order, they may need to file a claim with support.

I spoke with my DM and showed him the problem. He could not figure it out. He was able to add the specifics i needed to my character but I still am only allowed to view books, just not use them in the character builder. He said he didn't know what the problem was because he has used this in another campaign.  (Just 1 prior) and it worked fine. 

Do me a favor, post a link to your character here. After that, go to “my account”—>”Marketplace” and see if it says you have permission to access to them through a campaign. If it offers you an option to “resync” anything then do that. While you’re doing that I’ll look at the character through the link and see if anything looks hinky. If none of that helps, you may need to Contact Customer Support, but I would wait for a Mod to look into your situation first in case they can fix it without you having to file a support ticket as they are a little backed up at the moment.

I looked at the phb and dmg in the marketplace. Nothing shows needing a resync.  I checked history, store, Subscription, and key. Nothing. It says I am synced with all content purchased, which is none.

I had my DM, who has done the sharing before, look into it. He said he was able to place the modifications in my character. But was able to see what I was talking about due to being a close personal friend, i gave him my account details so he could see what I was experiencing. I may have to just do a ticket. 

Try turning off content sharing and turning it back on. When only the player being shared to is experiencing problems, that usually works.

 I suggested that 3 days ago, it didn’t seem to work. Apparently there is a glitch because there have been reports like this all week.

 Oops. Only skimmed answers and didn't see that.

Well... I think all hands off troubleshooting suggestions have been made, it's in the hands of mods and support now.

Thanks guys for replying. I have ultimately submitted it to the mods and to support. The DM of the campaign has assigned the pieces I needed to me so that I have what I need for the upcoming game. I just have to wait to see if it gets fixed before we actually get to do the session and I level up too far or get a piece of equipment that I can't add to my character sheet.  *Crosses fingers*

By the way, It looks like it has been either fixed or my GM go busy. I can now see all the domains and have access to all but the UA Starter stuff. Which is fine.

I know this post is old but I figured this out, your dm must create an unclaimed character in their campaign and add you to said campaign, once you’ve been added you can claim the character and create it

 You can also create a character directly in the campaign for yourself when you join, or you can join with a preexisting character and then edit it. Sometimes things just get stuck on an old data cache and just need a bit of time to catch up. You can “wake up” your character sheet and force it to pull a new data cache by adjusting the level up and back down again.
