I'm trying to buy $75 worth of content but I keep getting an error when I try to check out and I know I'm filling out all the information correctly. Please fix!! My campaign is almost done and I need more adventures before we get there!! My personal ones suck!!
Usually when checkout throws an error there is one of four reasons:
You entered something incorrectly. Sometimes that happens if card info is not updated after a new card has been issued.
You have some software (firewall settings browser extensions, etc.) that trigger the system to think it is fraudulent use so it throws an error to protect your money. Try turning off browser extensions.
You have some software (firewall settings browser extensions, etc.) that males the transaction take so long that it times out. Try turning off browser extensions.
You missed something on a recapsha. If you got the first one wrong, it asks for different objects so don’t keep trying to highlight the fire hydrants for example because it might have switched to parking meters or something.

At that time I had tried on my phone, my work computer, and home computer plus 3 different credit cards and two different browsers. All with the same results.
