Often, after you use a quote block in the forums, you wind up with an odd post in which everything after the quote is in a small italicized typeface, and the post becomes completely uneditable. (Pressing the edit button does nothing.)

(Hmmm. Seems to be working okay here. I don't know what triggers it.)
(While I'm here, another forum editing bug: You can only seem to be able to edit a post once, at least from my desktop Chrome browser in OSX - to edit a post a second time you have to refresh the page. Not a big problem, just a little annoying.)
I've passed the second bug along to the team - though if you can provide me steps to reproduce the first bug you mentioned, I'd happily pass that along as well.

I usually copy and paste the text, highlight it, press the quote button in the toolbar, and then continue my response below it. (I use Chrome on a OSX desktop machine.) It looks fine until I submit it; then it becomes completely uneditable.
Here's another example (just happened to me) - I copied and pasted a line, highlighted it, pressed the quote button in the toolbar, then wrote something below the box. As soon as I posted it, it became uneditable. Note the small, italicized font (I didn't choose that.)
I just noticed something else - the text below the quote is completely invisible on mobile.
Yeah - that's definitely odd, I'll pass this along to the dev team to see what might be causing it.
(Trying to trigger it here!)

What about in a reply?
Let me try this again...
Nope - working fine here. I don't know what triggers the italicized, uneditable post bug.
Anyone else experience this?

Here's an example of the first bug (post #374): https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/play-by-post/73043-shipwrecked-in-saltmarsh?comment=374
It's happened to me a few times in the past couple of weeks. They always have extra space below the quote; small, italicized type below the quote; and are unable to be edited.

Just triggered it in the post above.
Can you read the text below the quote?
It's small and italicized on my desktop (Chrome on OSX), but it's completely missing when I view it on mobile (iOS)

Whenever I quote one of your posts I cannot edit my own either. I think because of that coding.
