After a few years hiatus from D&D i am coming back!
I am currently running Lost Mine of Phandelver for my tabletop-group and i own the PHB on D&D Beyond already. I want to get the DMG, MM and Adventurers Guide to Sword Coast and share them with my tabletop-group so they don't have to buy the PHB and Adventurers Guide on their own.
If i buy the books and have the master subscription i can share the whole book right? They can read the important chapters on their phone/tablet/laptop in the app? They can use the content in the character creator as well?
Yes, they can read the whole book, unless you set it up otherwise. they can only use shared content for character creation for characters in the campaign with content sharing turned on, not for characters outside of that campaign

Correct, however you can choose to hide the book’s contents and only allow them to access the material in the creator if you wish. That way if you don’t want them to be able to read Lost Mines for spoilers you can block that, but they can still use the magic items and such.
That is exactly what i needed! And awesome that i can say what content is shared and what not!
The character options from every book anybody in the campaign bought from DDB will always all be automatically shared as soon as content sharing is enabled. All you can do is block them from reading the actual book itself (unless they own it too, or someone else is also sharing it for them).

So I can buy an expansion and share it with the dm and the players in that campaign?
If you or someone else in the campaign has a Master Tier subscription, yes.
