My characters' backdrop images disappeared

Only a green backdrop is displayed for every character instead of the chosen or the class ones and I can't change it to how it was.

I already removed all my extensions to see if that was the reason, but nothing changed. However when I sign in another account, the chosen backdrops work just fine for each character, this bug seems to be happening only on this account, what should I do? I really like seeing the different backdrop art for each character and it helps me visualize and differentiate my characters.

I have never encountered this problem myself, I am intrigued why it works when logged into a different Google account. What happens when you change the backdrop to something different, is it still just a green backdrop if nothing else works you may just have to give it 10 minutes.

Yeah, I've also never encountered this problem before, I've waited some hours but it's still like that, I tried changing the backdrop images to other ones, but it didn't matter, it still only shows a green one.

The screenshot shows some extensions but I've already tried removing them and rebooting my pc, since it didn't work I just installed them back again.

Has this happened with any other of your Characters before? Or is it just one of them?

No, it hasn't. It's so weird because the backdrops are the same for every character as you can see on the screenshot

 Ohhh. Now I see, I thought you were talking about the backdrop of the character when viewing it, not the backdrop of all the characters in the screenshot. Sorry about that. 

When I view the backdrop of my characters it shows the class symbol of the character, and as I see in the screenshot this doesn't happen with yours. Just a green/black image. Changing the class doesn't affect the backdrop, I guess. I am not sure of the solution to this problem. Sorry. Perhaps waiting until a Moderator or DDB Staff Member reply and they might have a solution.

If you do have problems finding different characters you can always filter it on the Search Bar above the characters displayed in the screenshot

It used to show the respective classes' backdrop, I don't know what happened . Thank you for your help man, I truly appreciate it. In the meantime I will keep on trying to make it work as it was before while a moderator or staff member doesn't appear. Have a great day! :)

This exact same thing happened to me today and I don't even have extensions since I play on a tablet. Is this, maybe, a new update? Loved the backdrops :(
