I am working with my DM to create a magic weapon based on the Revenant Double Bladed Scimitar for my campaign on Thursday but the Revenant Double Bladed scimitar does not appear in the list of magic items to use a template of on the homebrew content page.
I attempted to create the item from scratch but while the base weapon drop down has the regular double bladed scimitar, the revenant version is not listed their either. I am using the Revenant blade feat so I need the Revenant double bladed scimitar as the base weapon.
Can it be added to the template list or the base weapon list on the create from scratch page?
Overall the weapon will be changed in the following ways:
+1 magic item
Additional 1d6 necrotic damage
Special will be changed to allow extra attack instead of bonus action second attack
Curse: Basically copies the Necrotic Shroud ability from a fallen aasimar but there are penalties after the transformation ends.

The Revenant Double Bladed Scimitar should not technically exist at all. It was merely created out of necessity as a workaround because the feat itself could not function as intended.
The RDBS is the exact same as a regular one with finesse and a +1 AC added to it. So start with a regular DBS and add the following modifiers to it:

Modifier: Set->Subtype: Extra Attacks->Fixed Value: 1
Then you MUSTre-save the entire magic item and wait 20 minutes before checking it.
Thanks for the help, I will try this once I get back home from work. I assume the Curse property is just a note that I would add and type in the specifics?
And I saw a note at the bottom of the page that there are more fields to fill in after the item is created, I assume that would be where all of the above can be set?
I think I have it all done! One last question for you...I have the double bladed scimitar as the base but when I view the new magic weapon, underneath all of the custom notes I manually entered, it also has a copy of the description and notes from the base double bladed scimitar. Is there any way to remove that?
Update: Looks like it is only on my view from the Homebrew screen where the base stuff is copied underneath. Looking at the item adding to my character it doesn't appear.
