Hi, I have a player who is DMing a campaign using my shared material. He has been able to access it with no issue for a whole year. Suddenly it just stopped working, and even though I still have an active account, all content unlocked, and sharing turned on for all materials, He cannot access, specifically, the DMG anymore.
Again, it has worked perfectly all year until today.
What's going on with that? We've done everything we can do. I turned sharing on and off again, I checked sharing settings for all books individually, I made sure he was using the correct account. Any clues?
Both of you should go to your user name in the upper right. Click on it, choose “Account,” then click on the Marketplace Tab. Is there a button to resend entitlements? If so, click on that. You might also both try logging out, waiting 20 minutes, and logging back in.
That didn't work. No such option to resend entitlements. Also definitely tried logging out and back in. Submitted a ticket to D&D Beyond Support 8 days ago. No response. The heck is with this company?
Hmmm, this may sound crazy, but due to the way caching works .... please try turning off content sharing for the campaign, then turning it back on again, then get your friend to try again.
With regards support - please check your email, especially any junk/spam folders, as they will contact you via email.

Hey, I did that already. Didn't work. I'll check my spam.
OK, nope. No email and no replies from support in the support website either.
I am having this same problem with a campaign we just started. Did you ever get this resolved?
This worked for me! Thanks!
