I'm trying to create a custom feat with uses/charges, similar to the Lucky feat, that I can mark on my sheet.
Despite having access to the Lucky feat (I can put it on my characters), I cannot use the Lucky Feat as a template when creating a custom feat.
In addition, when creating a feat from scratch, I cannot for the life of me determine how to create an action with uses/charges, despite the Action section SPECIFICALLY mentioning Luck Points.
Access through content sharing will never unlock options for homebrew templates, you must own the content to use it as a template.
What you want are not “charges” but instead “limited uses.” When you add the action to the feat you must set a “reset type” for the action and save it. You can then edit that action and add limited uses to it. Then save the uses, re-save the action, and then re-save the entire feat.

What am I doing wrong / missing?

Thanks for this! May be useful to add that the "Limited use" tab is found right at the bottom; I struggled finding it!
