I have an older Ipad2 that I thought I could use for DNDbeyond but nether the app or website loaded on ANY browser on the device. Is this by design, or is apple being difficult?

I have few regrets in life but I will say that I regret ever buying apple products, First the Iphone just got slower and slower until it was unusable, not I can't install the apps I want on my Ipad. I am done with Apple... Never again...
