I updated the character's name and moved around a proficency, but the generated PDF doesn't change - is this a server cache issue?

I've found that waiting 1 hour for the server cache to clear does the trick. It's annoying, though.
when I make changes on my mobile dnd account, they don't register on the website. is there anything I can do to fix this?
The app is an offline product and only syncs once per night when your device’s OS syncs to the server. It isn’t a real-time thing.
