Earlier today I purchased a source book, a few spells and the Storm Sorcery subclass so that I can bring in a player into my current campaign with their already rolled character. Everything I purchased worked fine except for the Storm Sorcery subclass. The only options are the two originals.
I read that it can sometimes take an hour for the content to work but unfortunately it has been several hours since and the issue is still there.
Thanks for your patience, and to Stormknight for passing this along and doing some work to help figure out what was going on. This issue should be fixed! You may want to log out and back in, and then try again to see if you can access the subclass on your character sheet.
Not trying to be rude but yes, as I've said nothing in the post worked for me. I checked that my content was in sync. I logged out and back in. I've cleared cache and refreshed. I've done all of these not only with my PC but also on mobile. Unfortunately, nothing has worked yet.

Did you log out and log back in as the Staff Member instructed the other user to do?

Opened up the app today and gave it a try and Storm Sorcery had finally appeared. I don't know what fixed it but it's working now.
