I'm able to add every Wizard Ritual Spell when using the Magic Initiate Feat
Your not using the “Magic Initiate” feat, that’s the “Ritual Caster” feat.
Yes, that feat is designed to allow players to add more spells to their PC’s ritual books. That is by design.
