I just took the survey but at the end it said there was an error and my request couldn’t be processed. Then, when I went to retake it, it says I already took it. (The same darned thing happened to me last year too if I remember correctly.)
Was my survey received or not and if not, can I retake it?
Good news! We've fixed the error at the end of the survey, so that shouldn't happen anymore, and I have confirmed that if you filled out and completed the survey (even if you got the error message) your responses were recorded!
Is there somewhere to post feedback regarding the construction of the questions? I got a question asking me if I watched videos on other platforms or on DDB, with no option for 'I don't watch videos at all.' Fortunately I was able to skip answering, but the question was still poorly formatted and could have led to people misinterpreting the question, let alone not having all the proper responses.

I am happy to take that feedback right here, and thanks for that! I'll make sure we keep that in mind for future surveys.
I partially answered the first page, got a phone call, went back to survey, and it says "You have already completed this survey." with no other items on the page. I'd tear Surveygizmo a new one for selling you a online survey that can't tell the difference between a whole survey vs. one page of a survey, and no way to get to later pages from the first. They ripped you off, as your results will be worthless due to incomplete surveys that they'll report to you as 100% complete.
Edit: Partial issue resolution, I went thru a different browser, and now the survey acts like I'm a first time visitor. Still bad, but not a deal-breaker.

I think there were also some terms on the 'what have you purchased' question that had unclear terms -- one answer was something like 'book accompanies' or something, which I guessed was for stuff like the Starter Kit, but I wasn't sure. And there didn't seem to be an option for a la carte purchasing, only answers that made it look like you were buying an entire book, which is pretty rare for me.
