I have purchased all of the dnd content with the legendary bundle, have many characters I’ve created and yet when I login to dndbeyond on my mobile device through the browser it shows that I have not purchased anything and I have no characters created. However, when I login on a computer it all shows up just fine.
The same is true with the apps. I cannot see any of my content.
I’m using the twitch login option with all scenarios.
1) check to be absolutely certain you are using the same account on both devices. I know this sounds weird, but we see a lot of inadvertent multiple accounts here.
2) on mobile (on the browser) tap the menu icon (the three horizontal lines in the upper right); tap the circle that represents your username/avatar; tap the My Account button. in the "box" below the row that lists Followers, Total Posts, and Thanks, tap the > until you see Marketplace as an option. Check the "Account Entitlements" section. If you says it needs to sync, tap the sync button.
If neither of those fix it, you will need to contact support. You can create a ticket now, but they don't work weekends and sometimes they get backed up, so it could be a bit.

I am not able to go into details on the public forums, but can confirm that you have two D&D Beyond accounts.
I recommend on your mobile device signing out of twitch, then signing back in with the same details you use to sign in on your computer.
If you're not able to resolve, please contact customer support, who are able to discuss confidential account details with you.
