Ive been using content sharing for a while now and it's worked so far. However I ran into an issue today where none of my shared content seems to be working for my players anymore. I've tried to look up solutions but none have worked. I was wondering if it could possibly be because I dont actually own the books, I bought all of my content in spell, class, etc. bundles or is the content sharing limited to 3 again?
If you purchased piecemeal they won’t get listed but they should still work on the character sheets. You could own absolutely no content, and content sharing would still work anyway, it would just share everyone else’s purchased content.
What do you mean "re-synced". "Your entitlements data is in sync!" is all I see about syncing.
The problem we're having is only some of the content isn't showing up. I've purchased about 6 items, races, spell lists, etc as one-off transactions - All of those show up. About 2 months ago I got he sourcebook bundle and it all worked until yesterday - None of the "Sourcebook Bundle" content shows up for my players.
Master Subscription Active - Yes Less than 5 campaigns - Yes Sharing Enabled - Yes All content shared - Yes Sharing stopped and restarted - Yes
It seems something is broken on D&D Beyond backend.
Similar issue here. All content from our purchased books are available, but the piecemeal purchases I and my players made aren't available through content sharing. Done all of the above, everything is synced, subscription is up to date. Tried logging out and in, disabling sharing and re-enabling it, every possible thing I've seen on the forums. I sent a support ticket and was told that it was forwarded to the dev team to see if they can fix it. So here's hoping.
This is an issue I have ran into today, specifically that a player created a character and added it to the campaign, therein they do not have access to the Paladin subclasses I own despite everything being synced and content sharing being on (fewer than five campaigns etc etc).
When that player created an unassigned character within the campaign page they had the missing subclasses, but otherwise when they create a character and add it the races and subclasses I own did not appear for them. The only change I've made is pre-ordering Tasha's cauldron so I wonder if that is interfering with sharing options? Otherwise it must be something more technical and bizarre!
