I don't know if this is a bug or maybe I'm not understanding correctly the Additional Spells optional feature (or the way the combined sources work in general).
I have purchased PHB, SCAG, XGTE, and TCoE. I'm creating a Warlock that doesn't have the Additional Warlock Spells feature enabled, but most of the spells granted by it are displayed by default by other sources. For example, all Cantrips that appear on the Additional Warlock Spells are granted by SCAG or TCoE, even the feature is not enabled.
Shouldn't they be hidden by default when using the optional features rule and your character doesn't have the additional spells enabled or something like that?
please post a link to your character for the moderators to check. What are some of the spells that are showing that shouldn’t?
I made two characters to try to show it better, but as I said, I don't know if that's a bug or not.
This one is not using the optional features at all, they are completely disabled on the Character Preferences. If you go to the Spells, you will see that some of the spells from the Additional Warlock Spells optional feature are currently marked as learned (Booming Blade, Green-Flame Blade, Lightning Lure, Mind Silver, Intellect Fortress, Tasha's otherworldy guide, and more).
This uses the optional features and has the Additional Warlock Spells enabled. As you can see, the spells mentioned above are available too, in addition to the 5th level spells that are correctly added, but not the 9th level ones.
+++++++++
Just to summarize, the spells in yellow in the following table appear for all characters, even if they don't have the optional features enabled at all. When enabling the Additional Warlock Spells, the spells in white are correctly added, but the pink ones are not available to select on the "Mystic Arcanum (9th level)".
But as I said, I don't know if this is a bug, or maybe it's me not understanding how this works 😅 xD
As per the first post - Gate and Weird are currently not able to be added to Mystic Arcanum - the team are aware.
Now as for the yellow highlighted ones (I am on my first coffee first thing on a Saturday morning, so hoping I'm remembering this correctly...) - the astriked spells are all spells new or reprinted in TCoE. Off memory, these spells are added to the spell lists directly (not an optional class feature), where as the additional spells are spells from the PHB/XGtE that are not found in this book.
Whilst they are shown in the Additional Spells feature, another part of TCoE adds them directly to specific class lists (the beginning of the new spells section). I'm sure Stormknight will see this and correct if I've remembered this around the wrong way.
Support for Monk Dedicated Weapon. You may now select a piece of equipment you are proficient with to use as a dedicated monk weapon if you have that optional feature turned on.
This is not working for the Kensai monk. For instance if I have the new gunner feat or take the elven feat that gives me access to the double-bladed scimitar I still can not select it as a kensai monk nor can I increase either of those weapon's damage with my monk die when they level up.
I just made a Kensai and had no issue with making a pistol my dedicated weapon. The Double bladed scimitar however has the special property so it cannot be used with the optional feature
Could you share your process? I'm just not seeing it as no firearms even come up on the list of available kensai weapons when picking them for your subclass feature.

It is an option on weapons in your inventory, not in the character creator. It's setup like the warlock pact weapon.
I'm currently trying to buy a few individual things from TCOE, them being the Artificer Class and Subclasses. However, when trying to proceed to checkout, and after filling all the correct details in, the transaction does not come through and thus not allowing me to get the classes. I've tried everything from restarting my laptop, to restarting my wifi and more. I'm not sure what to do. Please help if possible!
Fighting Style - Superior Technique. Not functional. We don't currently have a sensible way of implementing the selection of maneuvers that wouldn't cause characters to become broken in the future. We're working on a solution for this known issue.

Then it's not a bug that the highlighted in yellow appear by default, thanks for explaining it. I thought all of them were added only be the feature, so they shouldn't be available when not enabled.
I think it's better this way as you have more spells available, even it only gives you a few ones for higher levels when enabling it.

We looked at doing that, but we also need to build the same for eldritch invocations and don't forget that each of those fighting styles/eldritch invocations comes from a specific sourcebook, so we're required to attach licensing data to ensure they're only available to those who have purchased the relevant sourcebooks.
We considered implementing options, similar to your homebrew, as a temporary stop-gap, until we have the better solution in place, but then we would end up breaking tens of thousands of character sheets when we removed the stop gap.
We should have the full system in place fairly soon.
Artificer issue: Mithral armor does not appear as a selectable armor for infusions even though it is technically a non-magical armor. I suspect this is also an issue for adamantine armors as well.
One of my characters is an armorer, but the infusions do not seem to be interacting correctly with the Armor Modification feature at 9th level. Armor Modification reads "You learn how to use your artificer infusions to specially modify your Arcane Armor. That armor now counts as separate items for the purposes of your Infuse Items feature: armor (the chest piece), boots, helmet, and the armor’s special weapon." However, whenever I select the Radiant Weapon or Enhanced Weapon infusion, no option to infuse my thunder gauntlets appears. Is this a bug or is it yet to be implemented?
Any eta on Eldritch Adept feat being implemented into dnd beyond character sheets so it works with options?
Beyond doesn't do ETAs to avoid the whole "but you said it would be ready naaaaaaaoooooo" thing that people always do with releases.

Looks like ANY Spore Druid specific Spells from Tasha's aren't available in the Character Builder. I've looked for : Halo of Spores, Symbiotic Entity, Fungal Infestation, Spreading Spores etc.

Don't forget Wish (for Genie warlocks). Which is not in the first post.

Both my player and I (with an NPC) checked and we both had OCF turned on. It still was not available under the spell list.
Was it both on on the Home edit tab and under the Optional Feature Manager on the Class tab?...
You have to turn them on as an option in the Home tab, and then on the Class tab, turn each one on individually.

i am not able to make a rune night character even tho I have purchased the content.
Mithral Armor and Adamantine Armor are both considered magical armor.

..made a mistake
Those aren’t spells. They’re class features.
Yeah I just noticed lol
