Hi there, I have a campaign coming up that requires me to have access to Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, but I can't buy the book because it says I already have it, however I can't access any of the content either to make a character. Is there something wrong?

Go here and make sure of two things:
If you do or do not actually own Tasha’s.
That your entitlements don’t need to be resynced.
PS- Would Content Sharing be sufficient for that campaign? If so, and if any one person in the campaign has the book, and if anyone at all activates Content Sharing, then everyone in the campaign can all use the same copy.
I purchased the addition today and tried to use it as one of the sources. However; it does not appear in the source listings. I am using a laptop not an app. I tried rebooting and it still does not appear. What am I doing wrong?

When you say it doesn’t show up in your library, do you mes on the website or on the compendium app? If the compendium app, you may need to download an updated manifest. Go to,th account menu, double tap on your avatar on that page, and a customer service ’option will appear. Choose it and downloading an updated manifest will be an option.

I always ask if folks don't specify, because far too many people don't bother to read the entire thread and try earlier solutions. I'm glad you did! Given that you have synced entitlements and verified your purchase, your next step is to submit a support ticket. Unfortunately, word is that they are quite behind at the moment, so it may take a while. Please don't submit repeated requests for the same issue, as that is part of why they are behind. (It takes time to sort out which requests are repeats and consolidate them)
While you wait, you could also try logging out and logging back in again, just in case it is a server caching issue.
I have the most recent D&D Beyond app oh, the one that combines both the reader and the player app. The problem I am having is that I have already purchased the Tasha's cauldron of everything book on the previous apps, and had no problems before. But since this app has come out I've been trying to redownload my books. Everything except Tasha's cauldron of everything downloaded fine, but when I download Tasha's it gets close to completely downloaded (70-99%) and stops. I have waited up to 5-10 minutes on wi-fi with no progress.
I have signed out and into my account. No change. I have restarted my phone, no change. I even uninstalled the app, with no change. Can anybody help?

If you have verified syncing and verified your purchase, you need to contact support.
