A long while ago, my friend got me the Essentials kit for either Christmas (Or my birthday I forget), but I didn't have a DnDBeyond account. I linked it to my Google and that account is named Klukshterpluckshterston
Weird name, I know. I would like to know if there is a way to merge accounts? All I have on that one is a few characters that I made because I was excited and then I immediately forgot about the whole thing until I found my Essentials Kit at home after I bought the Sourcebook bundle during Cyber Monday for this account, the one linked to my Twitch
I asked nicely, and someone managed to take things from my old account and give it to my new one. Hopefully they'll be able to do that for you too, if you have a similar issue
Keep in mind that support has been really backed up of late. Some posts have indicated that it can take weeks for support to respond to a ticket. Once you have submitted a support ticket, please don't submit additional tickets about the same issue. This is part of what slows down the system, and per posts from moderators here it also bumps your request to the end of the line. If you submit a request and haven't heard back after 3 or 4 weeks, you might try posting you support ticket # in the forums. Sometimes moderators are able to check on them. That said, I haven't seen as many moderator posts of late, so the mods are probably stretched thin, too.
Wanted to unify my 2 accounts as I do not use the old one anymore, stumbled upon this post, got really hopefull, made a ticket, buuut I encountered a brick wall....
Support said "it's no longer possible", gave them this post, they said "it's an old post and it is no longer accurate", only characters can be "transferred" over by using a campaign trick they mentioned, and then you can request an account delete, but nothing more.
They won't transfer you the purchased content.
I guess after they got purchased by Hasbro they suddenly decided they don't do this anymore, dunno.
