If people have access to more spells, they can use them for their character and there's nothing you can do to stop them.
Aside from, y'know, the normal way a DM does : tell them not to, check, and warn/kick the people breaking the rules. This is why DMs have access to everyone's sheets.

Hey,
I'm running a vanilla campaign and I only want to use spells from the Players Handbook.
My players are able to see and prepare a lot more spells than this :(
I've double-checked: the "homebrew" content is disabled
I removed all content sharing, except the PHB (which I purchased and am sharing with a master-level subscription)
Any help would be appreciated!
You can't.

Thanks for the (unfortunate) answer!
