Hello! i just ordered a book from your site and it gives me the order number but i do not know how to track it. I found the email in my spam folder with a link that returned me here. Is there any way i could track the location of my order?
I just had the exact same experience. You absolutely advertise in a way that is SO deceptive. I was also expecting hard copies of the books, and it said all BOOKS 20% off and they cost the SAME as a hard copy, which is also insanity. What the hell kind of website is this?

MSRP for hardcopy of a D&D book is $50, DDB sells the digital versions for $20, or $30 for the “full version” with all the interactive bells and whistles. How the heck is a 40-60% discount “the SAME as a hardcopy?”
I just made the exact same mistake. Having it say that only in the shopping cart window is a little low. If it's digital, it should be stamped on the front of the image like most other websites.
I just made the same mistake too. The price for hard copies, on Amazon, are pretty much the same price, so I hesitated between buying them there, or on D&D Beyond. I chose this website as I try to avoid Amazon as much as I can.... hopefully they will refund me, as I bought the 3 books for my daughter's christmas gift..

DDB provides the digital version of D&D content. You can find your purchase in the Compendium.
Does this mean that my recent book orders will only be digital??? I expected physical copies to ship to the shipping address I provided
So I shouldn’t be expecting hard copies of the books I ordered
Correct

One that says, in bright red letters, directly under the cart total:
"All purchases are for digital products for use on dndbeyond.com. You will NOT receive physical item(s)."

Actually, the hardcopy Player's Handbook is cheaper by 2$ right now, on Amazon, than the digital copy here, on D&D Beyond
This is where my confusion came in, I saw the Black Friday sale ad, the prices were similar... I didnt read the fine prints I guess
