I've had a persistent issue where removing any equipment from inventory in the character sheet causes an error screen about 2 minutes later, and on reload the equipment is back in the inventory.
I get this error code: 58e8398c930b4a4a8b8a55ce0a59d22a
Then post several links. I don’t think they would need, like, 30 of them. But if you could post at least a handful, that can’t hurt.
Two things to try which might speed up the process of the Moderators like GPyromania getting you sorted out:
Log out of DDB, log back into DDB, wait 20 minutes, and then try it again on one of your characters. A common reason for issues like you described is occasionally the website’s server needs to be refreshed and logging out and back in will trigger that.
Are you running any ad/popup blockers, browser extensions, or a VPN that may be interfering with DDB? Occasionally some of those don’t like to play nice with DDB, which can be another common cause for some of what you described.

Seems to be universal despite relogs, etc. and i've been using DDB for a few months. I'll have to look into the VPN thing.

Are you able to reliably recreate this regardless of what browser/connection you're on? For example, are you able to try from a mobile device or another network? What operating system and browser are you using?

yes. I am on Windows 10, had been using chrome, but recently switched to Edge.
