I'm sharing a campaign with my group and there is a wizard in the group who wanted to get Galder's Tower in their spellbook. But the spell doesn't show up in the list of spells to learn. Would anyone know what sort of bug would be causing this? I have all of the content shared with my party, and he is a conjuration wizard.

As always, whenever you have a problem with the character sheet, please post a link a to it. It makes the mods' job a lot easier when they can get right to it and look at the character sheet to check out what the issue is.
Try turning Content Sharing off and then back on.
Make sure you or someone in the campaign actually owns the spell on D&D Beyond. You cannot share the spell if no one owns it. Whoever claims they own the spell should go to their account's marketplace tab, scroll down, and check to make sure they have the license to the spell or the entire book.
Make sure the player's character is actually in your campaign.
Galdr's Tower is a third level spell, so make sure their wizard is at a level that they can learn third level spells.
For what the player can do: Have the wizard player sync their entitlements on their account's marketplace page. Have the wizard player log out and log back in.
These are all the troubleshooting tips I can think of.
All content from Lost Laboratory of Kwalish falls under the Noncore D&D content category, and would need this enabled on a character sheet in order for it to show up (as well as the character sheet having access by owning the spell or via content sharing).

The spell Galder’s Tower is found in the Lost Laboratory of Kwalish adventure.
It can be purchased here (either full adventure, or just that spell)

Wary the wizard who focuses on homebrew, for he can create nightmares that you wouldn't even dream of
Thanks! That was the issue, I wasn't aware that some of the content was Noncore D&D.
Had the same issue (Noncore needed to be enabled). Thanks for the tip!
