Also extremely frustrated. I'm running a complex combat tomorrow and these monsters were added yesterday. Also, the encounter builder has literally been in development since 2019. Pandemic notwithstanding, I feel like it should be closer to done.
I have a lot of homebrew monsters I haven’t made public and have always been able to add them to my encounters and still can. However, homebrew monsters I created recently are not available when I build an encounter. So, some of my private home brew monsters show up in Encounter builder and others do not. I found a few other threads from last day or so where people are having the same problem.
I created 3 monsters in the last couple of days and none are available in Encounter builder even though my other older home brew monsters are.
Keep in mind both are private, not shared with the community.
I then copied the working one (Create Monster and selected Maanzecorian [as above]), gave it a new name and saved it (https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters/3404381-maanzecorian-202303), and it will not show in the Encounter builder, while the identical monster does show up. So, it seems any monster created after a certain date doesn’t show up no matter what filter.
Same issue: all the homebrew monsters I created in the past (most recent ones were created March 4, 2023) show up fine, the new ones that I've added to my collection within the last couple of days don't show up. The ones newly added to my collection were ones that I found by browsing homebrew creations: I just added them within the last 2 days, but they were originally created by their authors in 2021.
While it is definitely frustrating I had to just make an encounter and click the manual add and just named them. Then left the browser tabs open to those monsters. Sucks having to take the extra steps but at least I got my session in.

Great thought man, definitely not ideal but I can track with paper.
This has beed in Beta too long and needs to be finalized and fixed. Because right now its only good for the book stuff and we cant tven use other parts like Tasha's homebrewing rules yet. With a big company like Hasboro behind them, you would think things would be allocated better.
Fired up the encounter builder, all my homebrew is there. I'm not sure what to say. Try making a brand new encounter. Clear All Filters.
JVowell1 said their old monsters are showing up but not the new ones. My newest monster is from 3/3/23 and it's showing up. Could this issue be for more recently created monsters?
People that are experiencing this issue, what is the newest creation of your that IS showing up in the encounter builder? Mine is from 3+ weeks ago.
I’m having the same issue as others. However, my most recent creature that IS showing up is from 3/15/23. Interestingly enough, older creatures I’ve recently updated are up to date. Perhaps it is something to do with adding a new creature to the system, not so much about a refreshing. In any case, I would like to see this fixed soon, or I may have to look at different options, especially with everything that has happened lately.

What is the date created for the newest monster showing up? Like is this all monsters made in the last 3 days, week? 2 weeks?

Same as Ur_Quan, creatures newly-added to Homebrew Collection do not appear.
No response in 24+ hours for a website where the most activity is on the weekend? Come on guys.
