I had the same problem with the old reader app and was hoping it would be resolved with the new combined app. I bought just the races from Volo's on DDB, but I can't access the Aasimar subraces using the mobile app. It just takes me to the marketplace. I can access them just fine on the website.
The first thing to check, just in case, is if your entitlements are correctly synchronized, you can do so at https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace the second thing to check would be to ensure that you're using the same account on the web and devices. https://www.dndbeyond.com/account is where you can see which accounts are tied into your D&D Beyond account.

I am having the exact same problem. I cannot access the Aasimar subraces using the newly updated mobile app, and I cannot access the subclasses from the Dungeon Master's Guide. I can still access them on the old D&D Beyond app, however.

Yes, I did try the steps listed above. My entitlements are synchronized correctly and I am using the same account. I still cannot access the Aasimar subraces or any of the subclasses from the dungeon master's guide. Aside from those things, I have been able to access every other source material I've purchased, including full books and selected races and classes.

The subraces and subclasses issue is known - will need the dev team to update in order to resolve this. Once I have an update I will advise.
I'm having the same issue, with the Monster Bundle from the Monster Manual.
Can you advise what is happening? For monster bundles, you need to go to the Listings section in the app, then when you go to access a Monster from the MM, it will prompt to download MM content. You will then have access via the listings (but not the compendium as you don't have the full sourcebook).
I’m having the same issue with subraces from SCAG. I bought those piecemeal, and in order to view them, I need to download the book. But there’s no way I can see to download the book, since I only have the listings. Is there another way to download the listings that I’m not seeing?
The mobile team have released an update via the app store that addresses the issue with Subclasses and Subraces not prompting the download of the source they are contained within from the Listings section of the app.
After updating the app, you should now be able to download the source when browsing subclasses and subraces directly from the Listings section of the app. Thank you for reporting the issue so we could get this fixed!
I'm still not getting access to the Aasimar subraces in the updated Android app. The app downloaded the content after I bought the Volo race bundle, but it still takes me to the marketplace if a try to look at the subraces. Looks more like a permissions issue than a download issue.

Currently no, but as Sorce stated above it's a known issue that will require an update.
