I cant view them at all on the website. I was hoping on making some new characters for npcs for my campaign I'm dming. Did I screw myself by buying them over the app instead of the website?

I need to speak with Someone on the Dev team. Theres been a bit of an issue, i was trying to by Whaterdeep dragon heist. The problem i am having is it charged me and didn't give me the book. I tried a second time some time later. That didn't work as either. After waiting i purchased it off the website directly and it finally went through. I just need yo know if my account will be refunded because i have the emails showing the purchase had went through and that obviously wasn't the case.
