D&D Beyond accurately represents material as published by Wizards of the Coast. In this case, the wording of the incapacitated description is exactly as it is described in Appendix A: Conditions.
Yes, but i spent about 5 minutes trying to find the in depth rules for spell casting concentration to find this rule, where as if it was added as a short sentence in the description of the condition it would be much more accessible.

While it might be more accessible, it would not be an accurate representation of the condition as it is presented in the rules. D&D Beyond cannot change the rules or what they include.

That’s not a rule associated with the condition, but instead a rule associated with Concentration, and Concentration is a subsection of the Spell Duration section of the Spellcasting Chapter (10) of the Basic Rules/PHB: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/basic-rules/spellcasting#Duration
There’s no point in arguing against them. If you think to request, suggest, or point out anything they have or haven’t done that could be improved upon, first think it over a second time and ask yourself if what you are about to mention could be interpreted as not exactly whatever it says in one of the books.
If you decide that it would actually be different than the exact wording in the print books… then just imagine that you have suggested it, and then imagine Col Klink yelling at Schults and that’s about as an equivalent outcome as you can expect. (Then just save yourself the bother and don’t.)
If, on the other hand, you determine that it is in fact what it says in the books, but there is a possibility that it could be misinterpreted the same way as how DDB has it (especially if you can logically point out the reasons that they likely incoroct… (Then just save yourself the bother and don’t.)
likely have it not quite the then instead perhaps instead just imagine that you have suggested it, and then imagine Col Klink yelling at Schults and that’s about as an equivalent outcome as you can expect. (Then just save yourself the bother.)
Is it something having a digital rather than print interface would help with? Is it something other than math? 9 times out of 10, you're not going to get help here.
Since this is unrealistic for Dndbeyond to do given their stance/requirements.
How about a place to track concentration on the sheet? A checkbox and expandable dropdown, similar to the conditions, perhaps a hover popup that explains these things everywhere concentration is mentioned (similar to npc spells), or maybe a clickable that pops open the side bar with detailed rules. Location wise prehaps under spells or maybe another more general place as some things use concentration that are not spells. Maybe a toggle like inspiration as has been suggested elsewhere.
I realize this is a complicated/difficult thing, as everything is, for Dndbeyond to do and even if they do want to do this I don't expect it to be available in the next year(s). Especially since it has been suggested multiple times going at least 2 years back (probably more).
Rant about posting feedback/bugs/getting support from dndbeyond on these forums/discord in the spoiler. Feel free to ignore it as it doesn't really pertain to the topic of this thread.
I agree with the people above - giving feedback/requesting things at this point is moot and purely for funsies.
It doesn't take much critical thinking to understand this feedback is actually about is getting concentration rules on the character sheet as it affects characters. Instead Dndbeyond will find reasons why your specific solution won't work on the site rather than suggest/come up with alternatives. That way they can just toss the feedback aside instead of passing it along (or at least that's how it appears).
It feels like it's why their feedback portals are buried in nested links/require so many clicks to get to, don't allow you to see other peoples comments/ideas to show your support of those ideas, aren't all under one product board, and you can only comment or vote on ideas/works in progress (re)posted by dndbeyond within said portals. I mean from the main page it takes 7 clicks to see the page to give feedback about underdark mode and that's all that's there, if you want to see another thing you have to come back to the forums and go through more nested links to find another feedback section. Why they aren't just all under one board makes no sense to me.
If feedback isn't useful to post how about posting about bugs with the site?
Most/some that are fixable in the current framework will be dealt with if you post them - others many never be dealt with or put on the back burner to do later/be forgotten (and I'm not talking about character sheet backlog stuff - I'm talking extremely simple CSS changes and other bugs within their power to fix in the current framework).
Want help finding information on what they are working on or if a specific feature is on a roadmap?
Ask the community they're much more helpful and will point you directly to or timestamp where dndbeyond has spoken about a topic or will let you know it hasn't been mentioned.
Dndbeyond will give you non-answers everytime, tell you to watch hours of video to hopefully catch a sentence or two about the feature your asking about, or to check out the aforementioned feedback portals. Sure it might be tiring getting the same questions over and over and over again about features - maybe keep a spreadsheet with the links/timestamps of those answers especially since a lot of it is scattered information across multiple platforms.
Overall I despise the new "feedback flow" and in general everything the "new" team has done with regards to keeping the community in the loop with what they are doing. It's much harder to see where this product/company plans to take things. And it feels like the they've given up on a lot of communication and pulled back on the scope of what they plan to support/do. Heck even the super simple dev update forum posts have been awful compared to before the change over.
I think a whole load of requests would be solved by adding a free-text field labeled 'temporary conditions' right underneath the conditions field. But they'll never do it.
Or people could actually bother learning the rules instead of relying on the digital character sheet to do everything for them. Just a thought, it certainly isn't a solution most people have tried.

The rules on Concentration in the spell casting rules section state:
Please update the Incapacitated condition on the character sheet to include that it breaks concentration on spells when you are incapacitated.
Our DM owned us with that in our last game

I mean, the rule you stated literally says this already.
