I know there is a delay when you make a change to a Homebrew item/feat/spell/ect. for it to reflect the change on character pages. Would it be possible to add a button on the Character Page's manage section, under say Long Rest/short Rest that is "Refresh Homebrew"?
Where it basically removes the homebrew content then re-grabs what the players have saved to their "My Homebrew Collection"? this would allow faster editing without having to force the web page to constantly check if edits were made. We manually let the website know, "Hey I made a change can you go grab it" so that we can test results on character pages more easily?
Also, having a refresh button would be nice, but may possibly lead to server issues if used too frequently. Its why homebrew is cached in the first place.
Thanks! Appreciated! I gave this a try, but it didn't refresh adjustments to a Homebrew character race.
It will, it just takes a few minutes and a few refreshes. The faster way to do it is to add class levels, refresh, remove them and refresh again. It sometimes still takes a couple minutes and a couple refreshes, but it’s usually the fastest way to force a recache.

Thanks, I will definitely give that a try!
If you use XP instead of Milestone make sure to record you correct XP before leveling up and down or it will reset the number on you!! (That’s why I didn’t recommend that technique first.)

Yowza. Good to know. I planned to use Milestone, and your tip helped cement my choice.

I know this thread is from 2019, but wow, do we need this feature.
The thread is actually from 2021.

The cache can be forced updated by adding inspiration, refreshing the page, removing the inspiration and refreshing the page again.
