Any class, I want to grant specific players knowledge of certain spells, but not everyone.
I have made several spells, but if I make it a wizard spell, all of my wizards can see it, not the one who specifically got it bestowed on them. I imagine a lot of DMs don't have this issue, but I have 17 players so there's a lot of duplication of class.
I have tried adding it as a spell onto a feat, but then it makes it into an At Will spell, and same with adding it onto a wondrous item.
Is there any way to give certain characters spells to add to their spellbook but not use as like at-will spells, just add them to their spells known list and they can prepare them if they want, or not?

Negative, I tried exactly that, it adds them as an optional spell to choose, and then if you choose it, the spell becomes an at-will spell which is not at all the intent.
if I could create a junk Custom Class, I think I could use the feat(s) to grant access to that class's spells, which would work, but I can't create classes, only subclasses, and feats only grant spells by class, rather than by subclass.
When I was originally creating these spells because you HAVE to assign a class to them, I created a junk class that nobody could take just so I could assign these spells manually, that has not worked, and then assigning them by actual class means EVERYONE of that class can see them, rather than those who have been given the specific feat.
I just checked from my test account and you're right - for some reason those fields aren't available. There's clearly an issue of some sort, so I'll need to discuss with staff when they're back from genCon.
If it's a feature that is still in beta and/or coming soon, I'm willing to wait. Now that I know I'm not going crazy and I don't have to go insane remaking the 100 something spells I did, I'm okay.
Any further developments on this? I'm looking to add bonus spells known to the Hunter and Beast Master Ranger Conclaves without modifying those subclasses, and a homebrew Feat would seem to be the simplest method.
A homebrew feat is absolutely the easiest way to do this, but you need to set the correct fields.
I just created this and tested it - it allowed me to add Cure Wounds to a Storm Sorcerer.
Through a bunch of headache, and looking at Divine Sorcerer I was able to get spells added like a known spells list, It however doesn't list them as always prepared and you don't want them listed as a "known spell" for classes that don't prepare spells as this will take away from your known spells list.

Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.
Hey Stormknight, how did the discussion go with the staff? (I hope they're back from GenCon by now!) Those options still don't seem to be available, are they coming soon?
I'm running a campaign and I want to be able to grant one of my players more spells known, but they aren't a wizard. Is there a way for me to do this?
I don't think it's possible, I'm trying to do this now and haven't found a way either.

/e I read what you typed and removed my answer.

because it's all homebrew stuff, I can't share it, but I'll screenshot it:
Here's an example of the feat, you can see all the spells it should grant access to, many of which are also homebrewed spells:
Now if I go to one of my PCs who has this feat, they see that list as a dropdown of spells to choose from:
Rather than it simply appearing in their "Known Spells" list

This looks like exactly what I'm trying to do....where are these options? I don't know how, but I am I not seeing all of those options you are

Still can't do this properly.
Yep, been trying this but some fields of the screenshots aren't available so it's not possible to add a spell as "Know spell" or "Always prepared".

Those fields from Stormknight's posted image only show up if you are creating a custom subclass, and not a feat.
GenCon is actually this week.
