I have a number of FEATS that are horrendously overpowered and yet i have no idea how to remove them. they aren't official for one, they do things like give a tarasque as a pet or add 4 to an ability score while also giving you a buffed sharpshooter. worded terribly and everything. i would like to remove them i have new players and this is hugely overwhelming for them and including me just from how many there are.
This being said, I wish there was a way that the DM could filter who’s homebrew could be seen by the campaign- similar to how they can filter which books can be seen and such. Obviously this wouldn’t prevent someone from seeing their own homebrew but still prevents them from seeing and possibly trying to use other people’s homebrew.

They're coming from one or more of your players. Everyone's homebrew is shared into the campaign, and there's no way to stop it.
Get your players to look at their homebrew collections.

They can't prevent books from being shared, only from being read.
Campaign content management is a mess, but homebrew is the worst.
Each campaign should have its own homebrew collection, to which any homebrew for the campaign must be added.
