There is the option to export the page to PDF its in the drop down menu right by your character's name when you are viewing the sheet.
THANK YOU.
It ... still looks awful, though at the very least the information shows up instead of getting so woefully compressed like it used to. Also did they just make no effort to make the pdf *actually look like the screen* version? Who tested this?
Edit: Whoaaah I just discovered the overlay/fixed toggle. That's dope.
Where do I find this?
When you click on something and pull up additional details they show up at the top of the new sidebar that is created
On snap, apparently my window was too small, and was only showing snap left and snap right. When I made my browser window bigger, these other options showed up.
Any chance we could get spells that are granted through class abilities to appear in the spell section? (Like in the old sheet) Eg. The Eldritch Invocation "Mask of Many Faces" which gives the spell Disguise Self .
Altering Order of Class Features List
Are there plans to allow users to alter the order in which class features are listed in that section? I say this because currently a lot of regularly used Limited Use features are buried in with other class features I don't need to see on a regular basis.
The PDF is even worse than I first thought - it does not contain any of the weapon information (I am looking at my aarakocra monk who has both talons and fists as weapons, along with the deflect missiles ability) all of which are shown only on the html page.
At least get someone on adequately putting ALL the information out on the pdfs instead of just ... wow this is sloppy work.
I love many of the aspects of new character sheet.
However, is there a reason we're married to iFrames? I'd personally rather scroll down a little more and not have "micro-scrolls" like when actions is about a line or two longer than allocated space.
Same with class features. I know it would break the layout aligning at the bottom, but I'd prefer that to scrolling within the page.
(Perhaps an option?)

Playtesting Fugare Draconis, an epic tale of adventure, loss, and redemption
I really don’t like it at all on my iPad. The desktop is cool though. Can use the desktop view on my iPad somehow? I want actions, combat and other stuff I could potentially use during combat on 1 page. The menu button is a step backwards. I had all on one page before but now I have no overview over all my things I can do. If I don’t know my stuff by heart I always have to change submenues to look it up, not very user friendly in my eyes.
I often have To do saves during combat but the stats are not on the combat page for example. So during combat when I have to do a save I have to change pages... then I have to go back to spells or attacks.
And there is so much space unused on my iPad, you could put so much more stuff there. Just get rid of all the spaces between boxes.
For some reason firebolt is appearing in all other spell sections instead of the cantrip section on the character sheet.
The same seems to be happening with eldrich blast so it might be the case for all attacking cantrips. The new spell list is interesting and I like how you've mixed in spells from items like the instruments of the bards. However with how you've done the casting spells at higher levels, the list becomes extremely cluttered at higher levels. It also seems harder to find things like bardic inspiration mixed in among all the passive features.
Adding custom items is really cool, though I'd love it if you could add the ability to tag your items with the existing tags (social, utility, combat, ect) so they show up when you use the filters.
Finally it looks really cool on my tablet but doesn't work as well on my phone. I'm finding it much harder to navigate and find what I want, I don't know how much of that is just gonna take time to get used to.
The sheets actually really good when you take a minute. Would be really helpful if you could add this:
Limited Use Section (within 'features & traits')
Would be really useful (I know you will be kind of doubling up but) to have a Limited Use section within Features & Traits, so that we can just click off things as we use them. In this section it wouldn't have any description (except if you clicked on it) and only just the name of the limited use feature and a box to click off. (very similar to the old sheets Limited Use section)
The export pdf looks very thorough! One thing that I noticed, the character portrait...in the old one, I was able to double click it and insert a graphic. Now, its actually behaving like a text box. So it doesn't give me the option to insert a graphic. I was viewing this under the latest Foxit PDF reader which had been able to insert a graphic in the old pdf export.
For a Wizard’s Arcane Recovery, the PHB reads: The spell slots can have a combined level that is equal to or less than half your wizard level (rounded up), and none of the slots can be 6th level or higher.
However, for a level 1 Wizard, the character sheet slideout for Actions -> Other reads: Once per day when you finish a short rest, you can choose expended spell slots to recover - up to a combined level of 0.5, and none of the slots can be 6th level or higher.

I can see the weapon info on the bottom right hand side of the PDF. That said unarmed strikes do not appear but if you hit the manage custom button in the top right of the combat window you should be able to create a manual version of the unarmed strike which should appear once exported to PDF that said it should be something that is done automatically. Give them a chance its a big updates and there will be some things that wont work, I'm sure it will be fix at some point down the line for now this work around should help.

I prefer the way it was before. Any chance of an option to revert to the old style.
No, no chance. Feedback has been clear on this, the current layout is far more liked.
THANK YOU.

On desktop, when you pop the sidebar there are some buttons on the very top of it in grey.

Cheers for all your work :)
This is amazing! Thank you for the hard work and improving this resource.
I like it it takes a few minutes to adust but I do prefer it
Yes, you can.

That is great for everyone else who likes it. But is it not possible to have some customisation possibility rather than telling me to deal with it.

This used to show in the Spells List with the Source being Eldritch Invocations. It would be nice to have this back ;)

I do not have Mage Armor in my spell list for warlock invocation Armor of Shadows. Loving it though despite the minor kinks. Great job!

This recovery number should always be rounded up.
Post those things in the bugs thread. Think it has been mentioned already though.
