So.. a few weeks back I preordered the digital version of Vecna Eve of Ruin. I was under the impression that it came with the early access. Perhaps I'm stupid, perhaps I just cannot read, but I am finding out today that the digital only does NOT come with early access.
Okay, I'll bite and grab the physical as well so that I CAN get the early access.. except..
When I log into my dndbeyond account, hit the marketplace, I see an option to buy either the digital (which is where I got it originally) or the physical. Neither one adverts early access on May 7th.
When I log into my dndstore.wizards account it DOES show early access available on the 7th, however, the two accounts are not linked in any way. If we purchase through the dndstore, how does that work? Do we get sent a code to enter into dndbeyond?
OR will I automatically get early access if I order only the physical on dndbeyond? I'd be spending $10 more doing it this way since it's not giving me a discount for what I had previously ordered a few weeks ago.. but I don't want to buy the physical on dndbeyond if it does not grant early access..
Why they have this set up on two different sites is beyond confusiing..

D&D Beyond Marketplace: bundles are for US customers. WotC Store: bundles are for non-US customers.
And yes, the D&D Beyond version has no info about early access to anything other than bonus adventure. While the WotC does specifically detail early access for digital content.
If you're in the US consider yourself lucky. D&D Beyond price for both is $40. The WotC price for UK peeps is £69.95 which is $87.76 which doesn't factor shipping or Currency Conversion.
For digital only - you can't get digital only through WotC store, so it's $29.99 without early access.
Tl;DR: marketplace change-ups are a shitshow and have been poorly implemented.
