I was fully unaware that there was gonna be a shift in the marketplace format. Before, I could see what i'd already bought - now i have no idea.
I'd love to have a library of stuff i already own digitally. It can be simple as adding a "My Library" button to the "Collections" tab, or throw a star/bookmark on books in the "Sources" tab. I don't want to have to individually look through things to see if i have it or not - its tedious, and makes me not want to buy anything. Additionally, if i was reading a book, i'd love to be able to click on a bookmark and have it take me to the specific page i was on.
If i know what i have, it takes the guess work out of purchases, and makes me excited to buy more.
That is nice, but not a solution. We really need the actual ownership information on the products in the marketplace and the sources page. Currently i'm not browsing the marketplace, because i can not filter out what i owe. And before buy something twice, i rather don't buy at all.
I very much agree with this. We need the ability to filter out owned content in the shop store. If you cannot, or will not, do this with the new marketplace GUI, then revert it back.
