But I've noticed yesterday we had magic content enable/disable button, does this mean we are to get the planeshift options in the website as well? I want to know just to make sure I won't have a lot of work (custom content making all MtG planeshift content) just to slightly after get the content in.
Nothing has been announced regarding adding plane shift content in the long while it's been out. DDB has said that only official and UA content will be added.
We know Ravnica is to be an official book.

As far as I know, there are no plans to add Planeshift material to DDB, although individuals are free to homebrew it for their own use.
