If you choose to use the school of invention subclass for your wizard character and the subclass gets published in an official source down the road, that subclass will be removed from UA and added to the published source. Your character would no longer have access to the school of invention, but you can either unlock it from the published source, choose another subclass, or privately homebrew an approximation of it. You won't lose anything on your character outside of the playtest content option. If the school of invention subclass is not included in a published source down the road and we hear from Wizards of the Coast that it has been cut, you will also lose access to the option.
I am aware of what was previously said. I have a centaur character that is still a centaur with the race Centaur-UA. Will that be forced to change? And if so, when?
We will not force update your character sheet. However, should you remove that race (Centaur-UA), it will not available to be added back. You'd have to either use the published Centaur race now in GGtR, or homebrew your own version.
It would be great to have access to the UA versions in some form. I was thinking about using the UA Centaur to create a homebrew Centaur subclass, but I can't view it for reference.
What about the Viashino which are unavailable on D&D Beyond in character creation Now. even though guildmasters guide has been released they were not printed in the guildmasters guide.
Presumably that means that WOTC consideres the Viashino to be "archived," which is another condition under which the UA race is removed from DDB. You can always homebrew it as a race, based on the UA pdf Wizards released for it.
What is going to happen to characters created with UA races now that they are no longer available in the race section of the character builder?

I am the Inquisitor Imperitus. I am judge, jury, and executioner. Draw your last breath now, as I send you to the Nine Hells.
Thank you!

You can still view it here.
