I may well be mistaken. But I'm rather disappointed I can't access content I've purchased individually on the DND beyond app.
I'm an avid fan user and subscriber to the service, but lack the funds to purchase full titles. And this lock out has rendered the app all but useless for me.
I'm unable to verify this as I've unlocked all the content, but have you tried searching under the individual categories. For example, if you've purchased a race, can you maybe access it via the side menu >> Races?
The individual purchases are only for the character builder, not compendium. The compendium is what's offered on the app, not character builder options. That's why the compendium is offered as a separate purchase.
It sounds like maybe your web account and app account are different accounts. You can try contacting support at the bottom of page, or wait for a mod to comment here (shouldn't be too much longer).
No, it's not. They've bought individual character builder elements which are not compendium content. Thus these elements aren't listed in the compendium only app.
I think subsistcyber is correct. Until recently, I had a few individual unlocks like the Tabaxi Race and the Storm sorcerer, and after downloading the “source” I was able to see the info I had purchased, just not the rest of the books those individual items were from. So if that procedure doesn’t do it, keep asking for help, because what you want should be possible. (It used to be the case that only entire source/book purchases showed up in the app, but that hasn’t been the case for a while)

I have and it simply tells me that I haven't purchased the relevant Book. But I have purchased the relevant character build options.
Oh, of course, my mistake.

Hey Warlox,
I believe you'll have to download the 'source' to populate your compendium listing with your purchases. I'll confirm!
