Hi Mairondil. I've managed to replicate the look and hyperlink the spell within the statblock using your advice, thank you!
I wanted to ask, is there a way to get the page to appear upon hover over like standard spells? Maybe I missed something in your original advice (I'm not used to messing with this stuff!) but I haven't been able to make the spell-box appear just hovering over.

Ah thank you. I had taken a look before posting but I found it a little confusing since I'm so unfamiliar with the territory, but I've given it another shot and found the section to do what I need, cheers:))
For anyone else wondering, it was in: Genereal FAQ, Section 9, then "The code to create a false tooltip for a homebrewed spell".
Why is it that I do it exactly like you describe but it still tells me that It will not post since it contains an External Link?
Because you're using links.
You should not be posting homebrew that links or references other homebrew.
You don't need to publish the homebrew for you to use it - and it will be automatically shared with everyone else in the same campaign as you for free.

Hey @IamSposta, any reason why the false tooltips are no longer working? All the text in your FAQ #9 is also crossed out, indicating you may be aware of the situation?

They have changed some code regarding how tooltips work. This was probably due to the new rules and how it affects tooltips and homebrew.
Also note Sposta is unlikely to give you the actual reason - he doesn't work here, he's just a member like you and I.
