So unless I'm missing something, there currently does exist a "My Library" of purchased content? If I am, whoops. Otherwise how absurd? This is now the official digital content manager for WotC and D&D and they can't have a "Bookshelf" or "Library" to showcase which books I own?
If WotC is reading and open to suggestions: please add a "My Library" or something to that effect under Collections.

It's infuriating that this doesn't exist. This is an EXTREMELY basic feature that should have been in place day 1!
My only issue is that I can’t view the Tactical Maps. I can see that “you already own this” and that I have the license, but no way to view these. Any ideas?
It would be exceedingly helpful to be able to filter e.g. Sources to only show owned products. The mobile app can do this, but not the full site?! Makes no sense.
Also, when browsing e.g. spell lists, races and other collections and game rules, it would be extremely helpful to have the lists filtered by owned content.

I didn't even realize it was an option in the app so at least that is nice to know now. However, I play over zoom and am sitting at a computer so this means in order to get basic functions I have to use a smaller screen without a physical keyboard :(. Not to mention, I'm sick of everything needing a stupid app! Why can't we have basic features via the website too?!?! Starting to think I made a mistake going digital and should just go back to the physical books. Especially since a major feature of digital over physical is the ability to search content easily but I can't even do that without searching the entire site instead of searching for something in a single book.
+1 to this. Absolutely bonkers. You're selling people digital versions of books and can't even have a dedicated space for everything one has bought, easy to find and use?
Is this incompetence or malice? In the sense that by forcing you to go to sources and seeing all those you don't own, you will somehow be compelled to buy those too? Get yourself together, WotC, and make a good damn product for once. Especially if it's about basic features in your main hub for D&D, a half-a-century old legacy IP that you're carrying on your back. Freaking act like it.
I looked at my physical purchases and compared them to the purchases that are in my current product licenses and purchase history. I pre-ordered the Spelljammer book(s)/bundle and never got it (I have order numbers and everything I need to dispute this). I have to dig to find if I had pre-ordered the latest two pre-orders as well.
Why, does it take me all the clicking it takes to try and hunt something down when I go to look at my purchase history and to find out if I already own it? Like previous posts, I'm boggled at the level of bad UX here. I should be able to go to a page, look at my purchase history, whether or not I bought it with the info I need and that is that. Basic stuff I was coding in 1991. It's not a new feature and it's 2023. We should be able to access this content and information easier than logging in and giving you our money.
I'm kind of ornery knowing I ordered a bundle in 2022 and never got it. I honestly don't remember because I can't find the product anywhere on this site.
So is there anyone that can help me figure out what is going on and making sure I'm not giving away my money for charitable reasons without getting the tax write off? Or is there a way to resolve this before I go on eBay and find a bundle out of my price range?
I have a bookshelf of various sources I have purchased over the years. I can go to it and see exactly what I own without having to hunt through a bunch of ethereal other options which exist that I haven't purchased. I don't have to check my purchase history, then have a stab at what might be in whatever bundle I purchased to maybe guess the right one to access.
The big problem is you have no way of filtering out the stuff you don't own if you just want to flip through a book. This is the absolute best part of any RPG - the lore! I don't get any joy out of going to a character builder and filling out forms. That's for taxes. Give me the flavour text, the fluff. Get my creativity flowing to think up cool stuff from your inspiring sourcebooks!
This UI is a joke, they have feedback APLENTY on what they should do to make it a better experience for all users, especially if they want to grow the userbase. I get it, they want to sell the books, but this ain't it.
This still doesn't address the issue since I can't click on the content from there. Even if I could, this would be a workaround at best. I can't believe a basic "bookshelf" is STILL not an option or even being addressed in a serious manner. Maybe WoTC could reroute some of the INSANE pay the execs are pilfering from us and hire a single intern or college grad to implement this extremely basic function.

Would be nice, but they’ve been laying off Devs around here instead. It sucks.
Bump. Please stop pushing the un-purchased content. I can imagine how marketing/sales wants to push that, but it really pushes many customers _away_. It shows total lack of respect towards the users. If you don't do something, the site will become a nightmare to use after the "5.5" content is released and gets mixed with all the old stuff.
Edit: and no, removing or hiding the "legacy" content will not help the situation.
Same problem here. Thanks to the info in this thread i at least could find the licence. But would it kill them to implement a goddamn library function for their customers. That is a basic function for every site that sells digital content

Damn, I'm really sorry :(. As much as I REALLY want to see those execs go down in flames, I really do hope things get better for you all there first. Sadly, accountability for leadership for around Director level and above just doesn't seem to happen in corporate America.

Don’t worry about me personally, I don’t work here, I just live here.
Thank you. I can see the product licenses that I purchased. However, the problem is that I cannot click them and be taken to the products. I can see that they are purchased. I cannot, however, view them.
I can't get beyond this same point. I bought an individual race, Tabaxi. I can see the product SKU, Source Material, and the price I paid for it, but there is no way to access it. When I go through the Game Rules tab at the top--to races--and choose Tabaxi, it brings me to the purchase page again. When I go into my character builder to look for that race, it's not there. PLEASE HELP!

God, the UX from DND Beyond is one of the worst I've seen in my life. Why is so difficult to see the books I purchased?

I am having the same problem and adding to my comment is how in the world it's not added?
