I go to where my content is cleverly hidden under "marketplace," but I click *view* but it doesn't take me to any actual content. It shows me my transactions... but not my actual content...
Am I missing something or is finding my content supposed to be this difficult? How do I get to my actual content?
I'm not sure what you purchased. If it is a full adventure or source book they are under Sources at the top header. If it's compendium material, depending on the type, it will be under Game Rules or the Character Builder.
Click/tap on your user name in the upper right corner of this page, select account, then the marketplace tab. Scroll down past the Order Transactions section to Current Product Locenses.
Click/tap your username in the upper right corner of the screen and when the dropdown menus appears click/tap sources. From there you can click on the title of any sourcebooks or modules you have purchased. They will not be listed separately from the rest, they are all listed in alphabetical order.
Thank you. I can see the product licenses that I purchased. However, the problem is that I cannot click them and be taken to the products. I can see that they are purchased. I cannot, however, view them.

I paid for one of the books and it's nowhere. I expected a physical copy, and don't have it. And I don't have the digital copy. Are you just taking money and not allowing anyone to see the content? I click on the sourcebook and it just brings me to buy again.

Beyond has never offered physical books, and there's big red text at checkout even stating that you will NOT receive a physical copy.
Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
Overall I'm very happy with dndbeyond, but this is one area that I find perplexing. I purchased the Legendary bundle a couple years ago, it shows up as a License that is currently valid, but it does not list out what books were in the bundle at that time. So for example, Xanathar's is a sourcebook I own and bought with the Legendary bundle, but it doesnt show up in my current product license at all. I can go to Sources and pick Xanathar's and get access to the content, but there's no easy way to tell what sources I bought as part of that package at that time. It would be really nice if when i went to Sources, owned sources showed in green so I dont have to click through each one to know what books I have and what i don't.

If you look here: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace) it will only show you what you do not have a license to unless you flip the toggle to show you stuff you already purchased.
Thread necro, but I am not gonna waste my time with a useless search tool.
Having the same problem. Purchased the Players Bundle. There should be several books I should have access to. Where???
One person said to "flip the toggle" on the Marketplace page. There is NO toggle. No link. No way to access the books I purchased.
I see the purchase. I see the items listed in my current product licenses. There is NO way to access them from there. I click on sourcebook, Players Handbook... and it will let me see the cover art.
WHERE are the books I purchased? Does it not work in Chrome?
It depends exactly what you're wanting to do with what you've purchased. Options from the Player's Handbook will be in the character builder. If you're wanting to read through it then go to Sources -> Sourcebooks -> Player's Handbook.
I hope that helped, but let me know if it's neither of this two things.

Okay, same problem. I did not buy the full source book to Dragon heist, but I bought the Character content, the stuff in appendix B, but it is not allowing me to view it, I go to source and view the book, I go to my purchases, and nothing. Just a message that Says "You own this content" and then an option to purchase again for $6.99. While 7 bucks doesn't bother me I do own the content outright and I would like to not have to pay for it. all the little boxes have the check mark confirming the purchase but I can't view the content. can someone shed some light on this
I bought One Grung Above, at least the option to build characters with those races. I had been able to create a Grung charater months ago. Now, I am trying to build another Grung character and that race is no longer an option in the character builder. I can still see the purchase in my history. Any idea why I can no longer create a grung character? Thanks.

I'm really frustrated with this myself. I have a few free items that I have aquired and when I want to see them I need to know what I have to view as it doesn't seem to filter what I have purchased from what I have not. Anyone able to point me in the right direction?
Would be awesome to have a button to easily view purchased content without having to go to the Market, adding a filter, and then scrolling and looking for "You already own this."
It is helpful to me to look at my collection / library of purchased content in one place.
Or at least view ONLY purchased content in the store. :)
thanks!
