Sounds like you're using the SRD rules. If you have not purchased, or are in a campaign where someone has not shared the Player's Handbook you'll only have access to The Fiend.
You can buy the other patrons piecemeal, for around two dollars each from the Marketplace. Any amount you put toward the items in the book gives you a discounted price when you purchase the whole book.
You may also purchase individual races, subclasses, feats & magic items from the marketplace - should you later wish to purchase the sourcebook that they came from, any such individual purchases are fully discounted from the price of the sourcebook.
You are also welcome to recreate licensed content for personal use with the D&D Beyond homebrew tools.

D&D Beyond is owned by Fandom, not WotC. They license the rights to sell the books and set them up to be used with their other tools.
D&D Beyond can be used for free and contains information from the following "free to use" sources published by Wizards of the Coast: D&D 5th edition SRD, D&D 5th edition Basic Rules, Elemental Evil Companion and Unearthed Arcana.
