Will the Critical role content currently on the site (BloodHunter, Open sea Paladin, Cobalt Soul Monk, Gunslinger Fighter, ect) Be removed from the site, or will they remain? I ask so we can know if we'll need to make "Backup characters" who have those spesific class/subclasses.
Given that CR probably have a closer relationship than D&D Beyond did, given some of them have done work for them, I would imagine - absolutely nothing will happen.
Buying out D&D Beyond includes existing agreements if desired. D&D Beyond were happy to host, CR are happy to let it be free and WotC aren't going to just remove it "just coz" - why piss off customers?

Nobody knows. However, I strongly suspect that they'll be left alone. They aren't doing harm, and can be helpful. In fact, since there will be fewer cogs to turn, I imagine that it'll be slightly easier to get third party content in.
However, it all depends on the philosophy of those in charge. As such, that content will always have the sword of Damocles hanging above it. It will be on DDB until it isn't.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.

(PS, Congrats on becoming part of WotC!)
