I appreciate Stormknght's link, but I'm not sure it exactly answers your questions, so I'll give it a try here.
all the tables in each book are included in the purchase of the full book or compendium only option. But there isn't currently an index to the tables. Nor is there a way to roll on the tables digitally, except by installing a Chrome extension, magics wont work on mobile devices. And in at least some cases, the table contents are not tool tipped. As much as I love DDB, there are a lot of improvements I'd like to see in how tables are handled.
There are not treasure or encounter generators. This may be in the plans for future development, but I have no idea further out.
The one question you asked that my other post does address is campaign management. (Look in the DM section for the "I want campaign management" paragraph.) Right now, campaign management is very limited.
Here is (at least some of) what DDB does provide:
-online digital access to the books, with the text extensively linked and tool tipped. (Here are some examples: goblin, magic missile, prone)
-Monster and spell listings that can be filtered and sorted In a wide variety of ways (e.g. Forest dwelling undead CR 3-8 or all Druid spells that are ranged spell attacks and deal cold damage)
-A way to share purchased content (if you have a Master Tier subscription) with players in your campaign and, if you are the DM, to see their characters
-tools to homebrew monsters, magic items, spells, races, subclasses, feats, and backgrounds
-the ability to publish your homebrew to share with the whole community and, if you have a Hero Tier subscription, to add other people's published homebrew to your collection, for use in your campaigns
-access to printable versions of both DM and (when available) player versions of the maps in the books
If you aren't sure if DDB will suit your needs, I'd encourage you to experiment with the free content to get a feel for the tools
Near the bottom of the first post of the link Stormknight provided above, there is a link to a thread where I asked DMs here about how they use DDB That might provide you some insight, too.
I forgot to add the character builde and character sheer to the list, as I was focused on DM tools. I'm glad the list was helpful. I've found DDB to be extremely helpful to me both as DM and player, which seems to be true of the majority of fold in the forums. but I've also seen posts here from folks who bought into DDB thinking it would me their needs, only to find it didn't. Im glad you took the time to ask and explore before committing to purchasing.
The developers have been very open to feedback, and have a roadmap for additional features that, if I've understood correctly, stretches out several years. So maybe in time DDB will provide you tools you are looking for. In the meantime, happy hunting!
What exactly am I getting if I buy books through this portal?
Do I get easy access to tables?
Treasure or encounter generators?
Any kind of Campaign and DM tracking tools?

Thanks! This may not be what I need ATM, but I'll be keeping an eye on it.
