So does the warlock invocation thirsting blade(atk twice with pact weapon) overlap or stack with paladins/fighters extra attacks?
The multiclassing rules cover this. Look here for the answer to your question.

Devious serpent folk devoid of compassion, yuan-ti manipulate other creatures by arousing their doubts, evoking their fears, and elevating and crushing their hopes. From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.
If you gain extra attack for being a level 5 Paladin it does not stack with the warlock incantation Thirsting Blade you can use it with the fighter gaining nits third attack at level 11, which would give you 3 attacks. That being said you would not need that Incantation and you can trade it out for something else incantation wise.

you could talk to your DM about home brewing it to stack though allowing 4 attacks in on round as a DM i would actually allow that

But why would you allow it. Extra attacks are explicitely not a stacking ability. Seems odd.

This was a great answer thanks. :)
